We use your information to reply to enquiries, process orders, deliver work, send invoices and keep records required by law. We share it only with providers that help run our business (hosting, email and payments) or when the law requires it. Email us to access, correct or delete your data.
Terms: Our Services
We provide digital design services (logo, social media and brand identity design) delivered digitally. After you place an order, we confirm by email the work, final price in US dollars, number of revisions and timeline. Your order is confirmed when you pay through our secure payment link. Typical delivery after payment: logo 3–5 business days, social media designs 2–4 business days, brand identity package 5–7 business days. Final files are delivered by email or secure download link. No physical goods are shipped.
Terms: Ownership and Law
Once paid in full, you own the final approved design created for you. You confirm you have the rights to any material you send us. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and do not limit your consumer rights in your own country.
Refund Policy
Full refund if you cancel after paying but before work starts. 50% refund if, after the first concepts, we cannot meet your brief within the agreed revisions. Final approved and delivered work is not refundable. Duplicate or incorrect charges are always refunded in full.
